We are a fermented food manufacturing company who uses locally grown produce to make sauerkraut, kimchi, tempeh, kvass and kefir. We manufacture our fermented foods and beverages inside a certified commercial kitchen inside the Arts Center of Cannon County. We have all required certifications, licenses required by the state of Tennessee.
