Middle Tennessee Locally Grown is your online Farmers’ Market for local produce, baked goods, plants, and handcrafted items. You can order between 8 a.m. Sunday and 10:00 p.m Tuesday. Pickup is at one of three specified times and locations on Thursday afternoons:

• On Thursday afternoons between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. under the big pavilion on Fort Street with signs that say “Coffee County Farmers Market.” It’s across the street from the Manchester City Schools administration building, 215 East Fort St, Manchester.

• Or on Thursday afternoons between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. outside “Nature’s Elite”, which has moved to
  105 West Decherd St, Tullahoma, TN.

• Or on Thurday afternoons between 5:30 and 6:00 pm outside Martin Chapel Fellowship, at 110 Market Street, McMinnville, TN. It’s very close to the big water tower and the farmers’ market pavilion.

We can also deliver your order to your home in Coffee County on Thursdays, for a small fee, if it’s more convenient for you. If you prefer to utilize this service, please order it same as other items, indicating location.

Applemint is homegrown in the garden. The stems are picked and laid in a basket to dry naturally. A cotton cloth is placed over the branches and allowed to dry for a week or two until there is no moisture left in the branches. The leaves are stripped by hand and then put into a sandwich bag packed full. A label is then placed on the outside of the bag. I do not use any kind of fertilizers or chemicals, it's pretty much organic just not certified. Happy Tea drinking, CNG. It's antihistamine properties make it an excellent remedy for allergies and hay fever. It is used as a general tonic tea to fortify and build energy when you are overworked and tired. Because of its nutritive properties and positive effects on the liver, nettle is also an excellent tonic for the reproductive system of both men and women. It’s included in formulas for PMS and other menstrual difficulties, fertility issues and menopausal issues. Nettle seeds are used both as a preventative and curative for prostate issues. Tea, Loose Leaf - "Lemon Green" herbal

This tea blend is entirely local, made from our own fig leaves, which taste like green tea but are caffeine-free, and wild crafted sumac berries, which add a lemony zing. I love this tea, it has a light, crisp taste that is really enhanced with a touch of honey. It makes a great iced tea as well. Fig leaf tea is reported to be good for diabetics as well, drinking 4 cups a day is said to help regulate sugars. If you're interested in testing this application, contact me for a bulk price - I'm interested in a non-clinical trial :). Use 1/2 cup of tea leaves to 4 cups boiling water (I prefer using a French press), or 2 Tablespoons to a cup - steep as long as you'd like as there is no bitterness like with "real" tea. 2 oz will make 3-3.5 quarts of tea.
