Serves: 4 servings if 1 link per person
Ingredients
Step by Step Instructions
- Brown the brats either on the grill or in a frying pan on the stovetop.
- If grilling, move the browned links to a grill-safe dish, add sliced peppers and onions and one can of beer (or enough broth to cover the links).
- Cover the pan with foil tightly (or a lid if using a frying pan) and turn heat to low. Allow the links to simmer to heat through. Serve as desired with rolls and side veggies such as slaw or green beans.
