Middle Tennessee Locally Grown is your online Farmers’ Market for local produce, baked goods, plants, and handcrafted items. You can order between 8 a.m. Sunday and 10:00 p.m Tuesday. Pickup is at one of three specified times and locations on Thursday afternoons:
- On Thursday afternoons between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. under the big pavilion on Fort Street with signs that say “Coffee County Farmers Market.” It’s across the street from the Manchester City Schools administration building, 215 East Fort St, Manchester.
- Or on Thursday afternoons between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. outside “Nature’s Elite”, which has moved to
105 West Decherd St, Tullahoma, TN.
- Or on Thurday afternoons between 5:30 and 6:00 pm outside Martin Chapel Fellowship, at 110 Market Street, McMinnville, TN. It’s very close to the big water tower and the farmers’ market pavilion.
We can also deliver your order to your home in Coffee County on Thursdays, for a small fee, if it’s more convenient for you. If you prefer to utilize this service, please order it same as other items, indicating location.

They are equally irresistible as they are nutritious. Full of fat, they provide a large source of energy for our backyard birds during the cold months.
Each cake is 11oz and comes in a closable deli container that is stackable and freezable. Made without preservatives, fresh suet is hands-down my backyard birds favorite treat. They don't even wait for me to walk away when I put them out before they swoop in for a nibble. In fact, I have yet to meet someone whose birds have preferred store bought over fresh. And while they may smell yummy and are made with human grade foods, they are NOT for human consumption. P-Nutty and Nice suet appeals to a wide variety of backyard birds.

Surface Scrub - Pumice, Choose Your ScentGrower: Solace Farm

This scrub is ideal for kitchen and bathroom sinks, counters, tubs, etc. It is simply Solace Farm soap, pumice powder, bentonite clay, washing soda, and essential oil or fragrance oil. I love this stuff! I had been using Mrs. Meyers surface scrub, and discovered this recipe - and it's at least as good! It takes stains and dark scratches right out of my cast-iron kitchen sink, and scrubs the hard water/iron stains out of my tub. Virtually nothing else short of nasty chemicals has done that! And it smells great the whole time it's cleaning :)
This is packaged in fully compostable sturdy paperboard tubes with a shaker lid.
Choose a scent from the list, and add a "Note to Grower" at checkout. If you don't select a scent, I will choose one for you based on availability.

A cotton cloth is placed over the branches and allowed to dry for a week or two until there is no moisture left in the branches. The leaves are stripped by hand and then put into a sandwich bag packed full. A label is then placed on the outside of the bag.
I do not use any kind of fertilizers or chemicals, it's pretty much organic just not certified.

Nettle tea
Rich in a full spectrum of vitamins especially iron and calcium. It's antihistamine properties make it an excellent remedy for allergies and hay fever. It is used as a general tonic tea to fortify and build energy when you are overworked and tired.
Because of its nutritive properties and positive effects on the liver, nettle is also an excellent tonic for the reproductive system of both men and women. It’s included in formulas for PMS and other menstrual difficulties, fertility issues and menopausal issues. Nettle seeds are used both as a preventative and curative for prostate issues.

Tea, Loose Leaf - "Lemon Green" herbalGrower: Solace Farm

This tea blend is entirely local, made from our own fig leaves, which taste like green tea but are caffeine-free, and wild crafted sumac berries, which add a lemony zing. I love this tea, it has a light, crisp taste that is really enhanced with a touch of honey. It makes a great iced tea as well. Fig leaf tea is reported to be good for diabetics as well, drinking 4 cups a day is said to help regulate sugars. If you're interested in testing this application, contact me for a bulk price - I'm interested in a non-clinical trial :).
Use 1/2 cup of tea leaves to 4 cups boiling water (I prefer using a French press), or 2 Tablespoons to a cup - steep as long as you'd like as there is no bitterness like with "real" tea. 2 oz will make 3-3.5 quarts of tea.

Made of tea-dyed cotton canvas and stamped with non-toxic fabric ink using a mason-jar stamp with decorative flower band.
A few of the flowers are painted with a color of pink, marigold, or coral.
They measure 6 inches tall x 5.5 inches wide.
The cotton canvas material has been tea-dyed before the bags were sewn and stamped.
A ribbon draw string is added to pull the bag closed, then tied to keep any tea leaves from falling out into the hot water as the tea infuses.
The best teas are made from steaming hot water. Turn the burner off just before the boiling point.
Add tea leaves to the hot water and cover with a lid.
Let the tea leaves steep 10-15 minutes or until the water is colored deeply. Pour into a pitcher or tempered glass jar.
Add desired sweetener of choice, honey, stevia, or raw cane sugar.
If tea is too strong, add 1/2 cup water at a time until desired taste is achieved.
Steep overnight for strongest (medicinal) infusion.
