Middle Tennessee Locally Grown is your online Farmers’ Market for local produce, baked goods, plants, and handcrafted items. You can order between 8 a.m. Sunday and 10:00 p.m Tuesday. Pickup is at one of three specified times and locations on Thursday afternoons:

• On Thursday afternoons between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. under the big pavilion on Fort Street with signs that say “Coffee County Farmers Market.” It’s across the street from the Manchester City Schools administration building, 215 East Fort St, Manchester.

• Or on Thursday afternoons between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. outside “Nature’s Elite”, which has moved to
  105 West Decherd St, Tullahoma, TN.

• Or on Thurday afternoons between 5:30 and 6:00 pm outside Martin Chapel Fellowship, at 110 Market Street, McMinnville, TN. It’s very close to the big water tower and the farmers’ market pavilion.

We can also deliver your order to your home in Coffee County on Thursdays, for a small fee, if it’s more convenient for you. If you prefer to utilize this service, please order it same as other items, indicating location.

Highlands marble well without grain feeding, making their meat leaner, more flavorful, and maintaining a healthier Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio than conventionally raised cattle. We intensively graze our cattle with daily pasture moves, and we do not treat our animals with hormones, and don't use antibiotics unless there is a specific need. A roast from our Scottish Highland steer, well-suited to long slow roasting - this cut is similar to a chuck roast. As with all grassfed beef, this wonderfully lean meat should be cooked long and low, 25-50* lower than conventional meat. I usually do ribs and roasts, tightly covered, at 250-300 for 3-4 hours, depending on size. An internet search for cooking grassfed beef will yield several good sources of information. Highlands marble well without grain feeding, making their meat leaner, more flavorful, and maintaining a healthier Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio than conventionally raised cattle. We intensively graze our cattle with daily pasture moves, and we do not treat our animals with hormones, and don't use antibiotics unless there is a specific need.
