Reminder: Market Closes Tonight (Mon)

Manchester Locally Grown market

We always have a few new farmers, waiting their turn to join our market and offer their wonderful products to all our customers. In order to add more farmers, we feel it would be best to grow our customer base a bit. We want to be able to offer you and your friends some new local farm products.

The farmers and market managers would really appreciate your efforts to help spread the word about our fantastic market. What a great local resource for fresh, local farm products. Please pick up a few business cards to hand out to your friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Advertising is very expensive, and we want to use our slim market funds in a responsible manner.

Good morning!

I wanted to remind you that market closes for ordering at 10 pm TONIGHT (Monday). If you have already placed an order, but would like to add some of the new items to it, or find that you need something more for Thanksgiving, that is never a problem! The software will total both orders together for us. (Besides, I could easily do it if the software didn’t!)

It turns out that we do have a little news after all. So here it is, not fancy, but helping you to notice the latest additions:

Solace Farm added a Goat Milk Shampoo Bar with Cedar & Frankincense, and some Luffa Body Scrubbers.

Erdmann Farm is on the market this week, with his peppers, radishes, and pumpkins – all great additions to the Thanksgiving meal. He has also added Pumpkin Pies to the market this week!

Frontier Family Farm has added Arugula, Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potatoes, and Edible Pod Peas.

The Altamont Mennonites have added their long, delicious Carrots. There is no excuse not to have fresh, locally-grown, healthy vegetables for Thanksgiving!

Flying S Farms can help with a great selection for the breads and dessert for your meal.

Remember:

The market will close on MONDAY at 10 pm.

Pickup will be on WEDNESDAY between 4:00 and 5:30 at the normal location. Please disregard the notice on your emailed receipt. I haven’t had time to change the information on that form. What you read here is the truth!

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration with your family. We have so much to be thankful for! And we are very thankful for each of you! See you on Wednesday!

Blessings,
Michael & Linda
