News from Sow’s Ear Piggery:

Sow’s Ear Piggery is back on the market this week with USDA free-range, heritage breed pork cuts. Please note some new additions, including ribs and tenderloin. Also, be thinking ahead for the Independence Day weekend, we have lots of great choices for grilling and smoking.
As always, our pork is raised outdoors, in sunshine and fresh air. No antibiotics or hormones. Fed non-GMO feed and fresh vegetables.

And news from Hope for Health:
After having our home upside down with construction for months, I have finally relisted my Einkorn bread, sprouts, and muffins. Enjoy!
