Belle Fleur Organics in Bell Buckle grows chef inspired vegetables and herbs without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers. All farming is done from a permaculture approach, emphasizing soil regeneration and sustainable practices for delicious and healthy food.

Also, non-MSG ground pork sausage (1 pound), great sliced into breakfast patties or fried up into crumbles for tacos, spaghetti, or stir-fry. Plus, 1-pound packages of lean cutlets for chicken-fried pork steaks. Still have ground pork and bratwursts for sale. Will be adding other new products in the near future! All our pork is from heritage pigs on NonGMO diet.

Beef Cuts from Our Family to Yours
Triple T Farms is a family owned and operated cattle farm, raising grass fed beef with no growth hormones or antibiotics. These cuts have lower fat content than other meats.
We sell 1/4, 1/2, and whole animals, as well as individual cuts. We are currently well stocked with ground beef and several different roasts. Feel free to contact us for additional pricing.

Hello everyone, it feels so good to be back participating in the Market again. I am now able to offer a new size option for a few of my items. You will see the new size offered on my quick breads and some cakes. This new 5×4 pan is the prefect size for when you want a little something but a whole bread or cake is just to much temptation. I plan to offer this size on several more items so be looking for them soon. If you would like to suggest something you would like to see offered in this size you are welcome to let me know. I’d love to hear from you. Now I’m off to my kitchen to create.

From Dogwood Valley Greenhouse:
The fall beauties are in full bloom, and at Dogwood Valley Greenhouse that means more than chrysanthemums. We still have several hardy species begonias with their lovely pink blooms. Coincidentally, they pair very well with the tall pink sedums, just reaching full bloom. And what can accent them both better than the beautiful yellow or green creeping sedums? I also have a couple of darker pink tall sedums, which you can see in the background of the photo. Add some of these fall beauties to your garden this year!

We have a couple of late-season additions this week: nice purple oxalis (shamrock) hanging baskets and a new variety of oregano, “Hot & Spicy”. We also have several nice spider plant hanging baskets, so dress up your porch or patio soon! And you know your house plant collection needs a new member, a beautiful blooming African violet.

From CS3 Farms:
We have a few more delicious Kieffer Pears, pickled black walnuts, in addition to our standard herbal fare of mustard, honey, and herbal tea.
We will be moving from Murfreesboro to the farm in Beechgrove soon, and as a result, will have to scale back on some of our offerings for a few weeks. We are building a house and will be living in an RV for about 6 weeks (talk about downsizing, right?). We expect to be in the house by the end of October, and should be able to offer lettuce, spinach, and micro greens by the end of September. Thanks for your patience and understanding during this transition.

Your year-round weekly market is open for ordering from Sunday morning at 8 am till Tuesday evening at 10 pm.
Receiving options (please note change in time for Tullahoma):
Thursday afternoon pickup (4:00 – 5:00 p.m.) at the market pavilion on Fort Street, Manchester.
Thursday afternoon pickup (5:30 – 6:00 p.m.) outside “Nature’s Elite”, Tullahoma. Open air market during this time.
Delivery on THURSDAY evening will be free during this time, or at other hours by arrangement.
