Middle Tennessee Locally Grown is your online Farmers’ Market for local produce, baked goods, plants, and handcrafted items. You can order between 8 a.m. Sunday and 10:00 p.m Tuesday. Pickup is at one of three specified times and locations on Thursday afternoons:

• On Thursday afternoons between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. under the big pavilion on Fort Street with signs that say “Coffee County Farmers Market.” It’s across the street from the Manchester City Schools administration building, 215 East Fort St, Manchester.

• Or on Thursday afternoons between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. outside “Nature’s Elite”, which has moved to 105 West Decherd St, Tullahoma, TN.

• Or on Thurday afternoons between 5:30 and 6:00 pm outside Martin Chapel Fellowship, at 110 Market Street, McMinnville, TN. It’s very close to the big water tower and the farmers’ market pavilion.

We can also deliver your order to your home in Coffee County on Thursdays, for a small fee, if it’s more convenient for you. If you prefer to utilize this service, please order it same as other items, indicating location.

These herbs are homegrown, dried and ground. This batch of herb comes in a plastic snack bag. It is equivalent to two shaker bottles full of herb. The bags are filled with natural herb and ground to a powder in my spice grinder. No chemicals are used in my garden. Pretty much organic, but not certified. NOTE: I have several different culinary herbs used for cooking and a few different medicinal teas. I have home sewn POTHOLDERS, OVEN MITS, and TEA BAGS & Aprons for cooking, gardening, and utility. Red bell paprika: This is a no heat paprika, it comes from the dried Red Bell peppers. These herbs are homegrown, dried in the convection oven. They come in a plastic 4 oz. bottle with a seal and a flip top lid and a shaker under the lid. They are packed full with natural herb and ground to a powder in my spice grinder. I DO NOT add any fillers or additives. The powder may pack together, but just hit it on the counter or stir it with a skewer to loosen it up. No chemicals are used in my garden. Red Anaheim pepper, ground paprika: This dried pepper has a spice, similar to a Jalapeno, or cayenne. Very nice tasting pepper if you like a little spice. Spice Mix - Cajun Blend, 2 oz

This is a mix of our own garlic powder, “onion” powder (Elephant garlic powder, very sweet and mild), chili and Serrano pepper powders, basil, thyme, and oregano. Also includes purchased sea salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper. This spice mix is the classic Cajun seasoning, and the only difference between this and chili seasoning is that chili mix has cumin. Rather than blending both, I’m just offering this version and you can add cumin to taste for making chili. Also, this spice blend plus a touch of your preferred sweetener is a great mesquite-type BBQ spice. I used it recently on roasted chickpeas and it would also be fantastic on chicken, lamb, beef or most any meat, potato or sweet potato wedges, and any number of other dishes. Packaged as 1 oz in a snack-size ziploc bag.
