Garden Sage, ground: These herbs are homegrown, dried and ground, some are whole leaf. This batch of herb comes in a plastic snack bag. It is equivalent to two shaker bottles full of herb. The bags are filled with natural herb and ground to a powder in my spice grinder. No chemicals are used in my garden. Pretty much organic, but not certified. Slow growing. Retains its color well in the heat of summer in shadier locations. Dies back in winter. Tall stems of showy pale lavender-mauve flowers on 26" stems emerge in summer.
